About our service
Wings N Ways provides travel planning and booking assistance. We help you compare options, understand supplier rules, and arrange travel requested by you. The final transport, accommodation, or experience contract is with the relevant supplier.
Quotes and availability
Quotes are based on availability and prices at the time they are prepared. They are not confirmed until you approve the details and any required payment has been received. Prices, schedules, taxes, and availability can change before confirmation.
Your responsibility
- Provide accurate names, dates, preferences, and contact details.
- Check confirmation details and tell us promptly if anything is incorrect.
- Ensure you have the travel documents, visas, insurance, and health documents required for your journey.
- Follow the conditions and instructions of each travel supplier.
Our responsibility
We will use reasonable care to provide accurate advice based on the information available to us. We are not responsible for supplier schedule changes, cancellations, delays, weather, border decisions, or events outside our reasonable control. When something changes, we will help you understand the options and contact the appropriate supplier.
Payments
Payment details and deadlines are shown before you confirm. We do not ask you to send full card numbers by email or through an unsecured message. Additional supplier fees, service fees, or deposits will be identified where they apply.
